The radical renovation of an iconic 1992 brutalist building by architect Michalis Souvatzidis, chosen by the organization WWF Greece for its headquarters, promoting in this way the revitalization of the center of Athens through the restoration and activation of existing buildings. The goal of AKA Apostolou Colakis Architects, who undertook the architectural study in 2022, was to create a comfortable and energy-efficient working environment.
