The house was designed and built by the artist Stephen Antonopoulos in 1974. In 2013 a
 renovation of the office A31 ARCHITECTURE & CONSTRUCTION (Ex. Kondylis , P . Karras ) and 
conversion of the dwelling to house and workshop of the musician and composer Yannis 
Antonopoulos and mother the ( duplex ) , on the principles of the Modern Movement and 
respecting the work of the painter .
