Redevelopment of a seven-story office building, owned by Prodea, completed in 2023. The architectural design was undertaken by Tsolakis Architects, while the interior design was handled by Urban Soul Project. The building responds to the experience of movement that is generated  on Syngrou Avenue.  The geometrical equivalent of the imprinted movement is the dynamic factor of the design. A constant play of sunlight and shadows gives the impression of a moving façade during the day. The building, designed following the requirements for LEED Gold certification, now houses the new KPMG offices, a modern workplace, offering, among other things, meeting rooms, boardrooms, dining and rest areas.
