Hidden within an industrial shell, an old residence is transformed by cube architects into a vibrant space for art, gastronomy, and materials – and more. The short term residencies, designed by the Lab Piree Superstudio team, preserve the building’s original structure, allowing the patina of time to tell its story. They are an essential addition to the hospitality scene in Piraeus. A lush indoor garden completes the experience, taking visitors on a journey into the past.
