MADE IN ATHENS 

Sweet Nolan is located in Syntagma and is the third gastronomic project of Nolanverse. Comfort and fresh sweets, a focus on top-quality ingredients, and classic techniques often hiding unexpected materials or surprising combinations. It is a modern pastry workshop with an aesthetic that maintains a conceptual and design connection to the other worlds of the brand. The architectural design goal of the pastry shop, by Trail Practice, was to revive memories of urban patisseries within a contemporary setting, whose image changes throughout the day and with the seasons. Nolanverse serves as an umbrella under which projects, people, raw materials, recipes, techniques, ideas, and knowledge come together. Although rooted in Greece, this gastronomic universe offers a utopian experience that cannot be geographically placed or limited to a single taste.
