Stavroula Kavalierou is the creator of the brand “Stavroula Kavalierou Handmade Jewelry & Art”. She designs and creates small-scale jewelry and artwork, using paper and resin as her main materials. Her workshop has been located in the center of Athens since 2019. The brand’s philosophy centers around showcasing a unique material, paper, by exploring all its possibilities. The jewelry is characterized by vibrant colors, patterns, and colorful illustrations. The collections of jewelry are five: Geometric, Minoan, Metsovian, Japanese, and Abstract, which have been inspired by the combination of pure geometric shapes, the historical heritage of Greek tradition, such as Minoan Crete’s art, traditional patterns of Metsovian textiles, and Japanese art from authentic Japanese silk-screen papers. She views jewelry as a work of art that adorns the body and uplifts the spirit.
