In 2019, synama (Stella Dimitriadou) renovated from scratch an old, abandoned house, part of a residential complex, built in 1983, used as a summer house until recently. The main concept and purpose was to redesign the living spaces to achieve best visual contact with the sea and the surrounding greenery space.
