Gavalas Architects designed a dynamic residence in Vari in 2020. This sustainable residence was designed mostly by taking into consideration the unobstructed orientation of all main areas and thus the passive solar heating, the adequate shading, the cross and stack ventilation play crucial role on the deployment of the architectural creation process. A large central pool is playing the role of the central hub of all social activities.
