M.M. HOUSE

A three-storey detached house was designed by the architect Elena Zervoudaki (Ζ-level) in between 2004 and 2006 on the trail of an older residence of the 1920s. Preserving the initial perimeter, the courtyard, and the tall fencing, the design aimed at creating a private microcosm within the city, where light, green, and water are primary characteristics for its bioclimatic construction.
