A 1960’s typical example of modern architecture by Aris Konstantinidis, characterized by a clean morphological and formalistic essence, simplicity, structural sincerity and discipline. Materials such as stone, exposed concrete and the colors make the construction structure and balance of the building even more distinct. The restoration of the building, which is currently underway, was undertaken by architect Katerina Daskalaki in 2023.
