The architect is Theophilus Hansen the Dane , but responsible for the project was his partner the German Ernest Schiller and Schiller , who is also the designer of furniture . The foundation stone placed in 1888 on Trikoupi and King George the First . In 1903 begins to work in building the National Library of Greece .
