A building from 1920, designed by architect V. Tsagris, which since 2024 houses the new project of the ERGON team: a hotel and food market where food and hospitality are developed around sourdough, its resting and rising conditions. The design, undertaken by Urban Soul Project, as well as the material choices, draw inspiration from the bakery, and the professional kitchen.
