It was built as a residence in the mid-19th century and was restored in 1991 by architects I. Kizi, K. Karadima, T. Tsitrouli, (supervised by) P. Grammatopoulos, Ch. Panousaki. In its basement, ancient findings such as the ancient Tripodon Street are preserved. Today, it houses the Greek Society for Environment and Cultural Heritage.
