A landmark building of 38,000 sq.m., designed following a national architectural competition in 1970 by architects Platon Masselos, Grigoris Mavrommatis, and Dimitris Nakos. After its 2024 renovation by A-team MELETI E.P.E., the “green” OTE Administrative Headquarters stands as a model of sustainable construction and a modern, flexible workspace. It integrates cutting-edge technologies, fosters communication and collaboration, and offers optimal conditions for its 4,200 employees. The building is expected to receive internationally recognized LEED and WELL Building Standard certifications at the Gold level.
