Apartment of 150 sq.m., located in a 1958 apartment building designed by Rennos Koutsouris. It was renovated in 2024 by Plani and Karahalios Architects with a focus on preserving all valuable elements and materials, enhancing the apartment’s urban character, and balancing the visual outcome of all spaces to reflect the shift in functional hierarchy compared to the 1950s.
