MADE IN ATHENS 

A property owned by OTE Estate, formerly used as a printing factory for OTE telephone directories, has been radically renovated by architects Natassa Lianou and Ermis Chalvatzis of LC ARCHITECTS and transformed into a cutting-edge, state-of-the-art building that now houses the headquarters and television studios of Cosmote TV. The renovation covered a total of 5,926 square meters and was completed in 2019, symbolizing the transition from the analog to the digital era. The result is a building with a new identity that fully represents the Group’s profile and its commitment to Digital Transformation—an architectural space designed for the future. The project was developed in accordance with the internationally recognized LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification system for sustainable building and construction, achieving a GOLD-level certification.

The tour will focus on both the operation of the television studios and the architectural design of the building.
