The building was built in 1945 and restored in 1985-1988 by E. . Demetriades and C . Oak . In 2001-2003 was extended in height by K . Diakomidou and N . Haritos , with the restaurant being renovated by the ISVs . The current form of the restaurant 48 Urban Garden due to the renovation of 2014 by AK-A Architects.
