Neoclassical building from 1880-1889 designed by Danish architect Theophil Hansen. During the 1940s, it served as the private residence of actress Ellie Lambeti. It was renovated and converted into a hotel in 2023 by architect Dimitris Sagonas and his team, DS-Architects.
