AGEMAR HQ

A building complex designed by the architectural office RS Sparch in 2013-2016, to house the new headquarters of the shipping group Agemar. The project, completed in 2018, consists of two buildings with a total area of 30,000 sqm, connected underground, and includes offices, a corporate museum, a library, a restaurant, an amphitheater, a gym/pool, an executive floor, a roof garden, bridge and engine simulators, and a parking space for 300 vehicles. It has been classified as “LEED Platinum,” according to the international energy certification system.
