For the 10th consecutive year, the Vakalo Art & Design College participated in Open House Athens by organizing the “Open Your Portfolio” competition and awarding scholarships for the MA in Architectural Design program, thereby supporting the creativity of young people and the professional reputation of interior architecture.
This year’s competition welcomed professional and student works in architecture, interior design, product design, spatial design, landscape architecture, architectural lighting, and scenography. A committee evaluated the submitted portfolios, initially planning to award a single full scholarship. However, due to the high quality of submissions, the School’s administration decided to award scholarships totaling €15,500 to 7 individuals.
Anna Papacharisi received the €8,000 full scholarship.
Ioanna Karampetsou received a €2,000 scholarship, Elektra Plemtia received a €1,500 scholarship, and scholarships of €1,000 each were awarded to Hero Kyriakopoulou, Maria-Elena Kyrtata, Anastasia Deligianni, and Stylianos Hatzipantelis.
