The participation of the public in guided tours follows the following procedure:
1. Study the program.
2. Create your electronic identity (visitor QR code) in order to attend the guided tours.*
3. Visit the spaces that interest you during their opening hours.
4. Wait for your turn to follow the tour. Entrance by order of priority (based on the time of arrival at each space, during the opening hours) and at set intervals.
* The creation of an electronic identity (QR code) is required for each visitor. The electronic identity does not correspond to a reservation or priority queue, it simply facilitates the process of recording visitors to the buildings they are visiting. To facilitate the procedure, the visitors can create their electronic identity (QR) before visiting each event:
No reservations are made, except for Special Tours. Admission is free for everyone.
We recommend that visitors arrive in a timely manner at the buildings they wish to visit, as tours are not conducted after the scheduled hours, so if there is a wait, they may not be able to attend the guided tour.
Guided tours in English are available in all buildings.
Visitors are required to observe and respect any special requirements that each location may have in order to enter (e.g., no photography, entry without shoes or with plastic bags, presentation of a police ID).
The organizers have priority in attending the guided tours.
